Chicago Office: Hours of Operation

Designed to accommodate the busy lifestyles of our patients, we understand that it is important to offer flexible hours with both early morning and late afternoon appointments. Walk-ins are available for questions or billing-related inquiries; however, we recommend making an appointment for eye care services including consultations to ensure you get the most attentive care possible.

Our office hours are open regularly Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Holidays may affect these days and times; we recommend calling the office to confirm hours if you are planning to visit the office without an appointment. The office is closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July.

Our office is located at 25 E Washington St Ste 606, Chicago, IL 60602. You’ll find us within the 25 East Washington business center, next door to the Museum of Illusions and at the other end of the building from Starbucks and US Bank.

Bus

Kraff Eye Institute is conveniently located on your right, just after N Garland Ct.
