Patients can now pay with ACH (must include routing number and account number or send check to address on statement).

You can use this Portal to:

• Update demographic and insurance information
• See your upcoming appointments and request a new appointment
• Send a secure message to Kraff Eye Institute
• View balance
• Review your medical chart

Account numbers can be found on the paper invoice that was mailed to you.
