However, we recommend having someone accompany you on your first few trips, particularly during rush hour on busy routes like the Blue Line or Irving Park buses. The vibration and sudden movements common on Chicago transit won't affect your LASIK results, but your eyes may be sensitive to bright lights and screens in stations and trains during the initial recovery period.
