Variable Polarization

Variable polarization lenses are able to adjust their polarization based on ultraviolet (UV) light exposure. When variable polarization lenses are exposed to UV light, their polarization is activated. The degree of polarization is dependent on the intensity of the UV. When UV light is removed, the lenses return to being non-polarized.
