Minor Eye Irritation

Minor eye irritation is common. It may result from a foreign body in the eye such as sand, dirt, or eyelashes. Minor eye irritaion may result in redness, tearing, foreign body sensation or light sensitivity. If you experience minor eye irritation, flush the eye with saline or clean water. If the irritation persists, it may be necessary to see an eye doctor.
